Welcome! Young Concert Artists of Colorado Springs is dedicated to the advanced musical education and development of young musicians through the study and performance of solo, ensemble and orchestral masterpieces.

Founded in 1996, YCA was designed to help young musicians develop advanced performance skills. 

All concerts are free and open to the public as a service to the community.

YCA aspires through thorough preparation to present performances of the highest quality and to preserve great works of the past and present while inspiring those of the future. We strive to provide and develop role models within the orchestra and to build life skills including leadership, teamwork, communication, self-expression, self-discipline and responsiblity.
 

YCA concert
Young Concert Artists consists of multiple groups: a full orchestra for advanced students; four Prelude ensembles-string, woodwind, brass and percussion for intermediate students; and a chamber ensemble program designed to give YCA musicians an opportunity for small ensemble performance in which they may individually build musical and life skills.
